• Developing of a demonstration model of watershed management in-situ
• Capacity building of partner organisations and officials in sustainable watershed management
• Developing of criteria and practical mechanisms to classify watersheds and identification of critical watersheds for future interventions
• Identifying suitable approaches to watershed management in Bhutan 

      The Regional Trade and Industry Office (RTIO), Trongsa

• Supporting group formation for marketing of cane and bamboo products
• Upgrading of quality in production, and further development and diversification,  of cane & bamboo products
• Capacity building of business management skills amongst artisans
• Facilitating of the establishment of linkages between artisans and markets
