SNV-Guinea Bissau has one portfolio in the capital city of Bissau. 11 advisors are working in collaboration with more than 15 local actors in the regions of Cacheu, Biombo, Bafatá and Gabú. By the provision of advisory services, SNV Guinea Bissau is involved in solutions in three different programmes aiming to boost the cashew value chain, to improve food production and to improve access to water, sanitation and hygiene services. Also, SNV Guinea Bissau is currently running a pilot initiative aiming to stimulate the provision of local capacity development services by the promotion of a new capacity development services provider.

Our support team is composed of a financial officer, a human resources manager and a logistics officer. The Management Team meets on a monthly basis. It is led by the Portfolio Coordinator & Country Representative, and composed of the Human Resources manager, the Financial officer and the two Country sector leaders (Agriculture and WASH).
