Clients satisfied with SNV services...
SNV systematically assesses the quality of its services and its contribution to enhancing capacities. Overall, clients have indicated that they were satisfied with the services provided by SNV in 2006, with a score of 90 percent, which is slightly more than the 88 per cent scored in 2005. SNV will continue to build on this feedback to improve its services.
The systematic assessment of the SNV’s contribution to enhancing capacities requests clients to reflect upon the results of the assignment. Are the results in line with expectations? Did our work actually contribute to enhancing capacities? SNV’s clients indicated that SNV has improved its contribution to enhancing capacities from 84 % in 2005 to 94 % in 2006. These systematic assessments help SNV to learn and further improve the focus and quality of its work.
