We are pleased to present SNV's Annual Report 2008. The report includes a summary of our work in 32 countries, a breakdown of facts and figures, regional summaries and, of course, our annual accounts.
This year's report focusses on the increased impact that we have realised, together with our partners, in alleviating poverty. It also details SNV's engagement at a variety of regional and international events, as well as events within the Netherlands.
We hope you will enjoy reading the case studies from our practice, including stories on domestic biogas in Bangladesh, water in Bosnia and Herzegovina, honey in Ethiopia, palm oil in Honduras and bush mangoes in Cameroon.
We also hope that you will recognise within its pages the strength and value of SNV's approach in each of the regions and countries where we are active.
