Working with community in facilitating change of mindset, enhancing capacity at the District and at Community level in showing ways and means of ownership. Empowering the community to take responsibility of any developmental activity for sustainability and poverty reduction. Linking macro and micro through knowledge advocacy and showing the Central Agencies how important community mobilization is for any development.

Working six years with SNV Bhutan.  Previously worked as Technical Officer for water and Sanitation Project, Ministry of Health, RGoB.

Civil Engineering, PG Diploma in water and sanitation.
