What are we looking for? In general: dedicated and experienced people, with varying backgrounds (private, public) and education (technical, social). Forget about the young volunteers that used to be posted by SNV in the distant past. SNV today solely works with highly specialised and experienced professionals, who are willing to make long-term commitments to this career choice. They work in the field as junior or senior advisors, as portfolio coordinators or country directors. Careers in SNV are rewarding, exciting and provide lots of opportunities for growth.
