Our advisors are change facilitators working towards predefined results. They put their know-how at the service of organisations (private sector and public sector organisations or NGO) whose activities contribute to poverty reduction. Apart from their different thematic areas, they go further to assist partner and client organisations to tackle questions related to equity (gender and minorities) and governance.

Our advisors can be grouped according to our two impact areas namely: Production, Income & Employment and Basic Services. Though most of them fall in these two areas, some are crosscutting due to the specificity of their tasks.
