SNV’s strategy is based on the MDGs, Kenya’s national Economic Development Strategy, and the new national Vision 2030 plan. In line with the corporate strategy, SNV Kenya focuses on two impact areas:

In its activities with livestock and pro-poor tourism, SNV Kenya will use a value chain development approach to foster increases in productivity, facilitate access to markets, identify and enhance trade opportunities in domestic, regional and international markets.
