Narayan joined SNV Nepal in September 2008 as the Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Adviser for the externally funded BISEP-ST programme.  He is responsible for facilitating and advising for result oriented planning, monitoring and evaluation of the programme. Among his functions, Narayan supports the periodic preparation of reports, developing and/or revising monitoring tools and supporting to administer comprehensive programme evaluations.

Narayan has over 11 years professional experience in the field of project management with various national and international non-governmental organisations, and government agencies in Nepal.  He has worked for MADE Nepal, PLAN international, South Asian Partnership (SAP), JICA, the National Planning Commission, and other government ministries.

Narayan obtained his Masters in Development Evaluation from Antwerp University in Belgium, and a Masters in Sociology from the Tribhuvan University in Nepal.
