Maïmouna Ousmane is a trained Sociologist with proven experience in Rural Development.  Her 14 years experience in natural resources management have equipped her with skills in local governance, dialoguing with actors with regards to the issue of access to natural resources, and the safeguarding and management of natural resources. She is also skilled in the areas of organisational and institutional development, gender and vulnerability, micro-finance, and human resources management.
