SNV in Rwanda 

SNV began its operations in Rwanda on 12 November 1980 following the signing of an Agreement between the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Republic of Rwanda on the employment of the Dutch volunteers in Rwanda within the framework of the Foundation of the Dutch Volunteers.
