SNV works with a team of over 2,000 professionals worldwide. In Uganda, SNV employs 54 full-time employees, 95% of whom are Ugandan nationals who have a profound understanding of the context in which we work. We work with over 100 local capacity building organisations (LCBs), 80% of whom are based in the districts where we operate.
