Using the One Programme One Team concept (OPOT) as a starting framework, SNV Zambia has a presence in four provinces. Our clients include public institutions and non-state actors such as the private sector and NGOs.

Basic Services clients tend to lean much more to public sector than private or non-state actors. However, SNV has endeavored to bridge the gap between policy makers and implementers on the ground by working with both sides of demand and supply. SNV also plays a key role in stakeholder forums that are aimed at improving service delivery through dialogue.

Under our economic development component, we work with a range of clients including producer associations, private business operators, and interest group apex organisations such as the Bio-fuel association of Zambia. Key to our work is ensuring that markets work for the poor.
