SNV will continue to support linkages to the macro (national/ international) and micro level, as well as networking and coordination with other organisations at sub national level. Local and national governments and government departments will continue to be the most important clients, but we will increase support to the private sector and civil society organisations will be continue. Increasingly our advisory services will also be outsourced to local capacity building organisations, and we will enhance the enabling environment for local capacity development.
