By the end of 2007 some 260 professional SNV advisors were active in the Western and Central Africa region. They are working 31 portfolio teams divided over nine countries.

Of this group of advisors 69% are ‘nationals’, working in their home country and 31% are international staff. 30% of all advisors are women and 70% men. All advisors are fully committed to work on capacity development.
