

Sustainable Sanitation and Hygiene for All (SSH4A) programme co-funded by the Australian Government (AusAID), supported by DFID in Vietnam, and the Governments of the Netherlands, Nepal, Bhutan, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia.
The programme has been implemented by local governments and partners with support from SNV and IRC in 17 districts across in Nepal, Bhutan, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia since 2008. It aims to contribute to giving one million people access to improved hygiene and sanitation facilities by the end of 2015.

The factsheets for countries in the SSH4A programme give information on the sanitation situation in each country, the aims of the SSH4A programme in the country in question, the partners involved, the programme goal, the emerging results and the key lessons.
