Home Grown School Feeding

The Procurement Governance for Home Grown School Feeding Programme (PG-HGSF) is working to improve the livelihoods for smallholder farmers in Sub-Saharan Africa by connecting them with national school feeding programs in Ghana, Mali and Kenya.

During the first week of April, SNV’s 12 Junior Professionals, along with 4 Dutch Young Water Experts, gathered for five days in Nairobi to partake in the SNV Way residential learning programme to develop the skills and capacities needed to be an effective SNV advisor.
For SNV’s Functionality of Rural Water Supply Services programme in Cambodia, it is important to know why supplies aren't functioning before you can fix them. A recently-completed survey sheds light on the situation and paves the way for using evidence to guide smart development.
With funding support from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the UK Department for International Development (DFID), SNV Bangladesh and Khulna City Corporation (KCC) have launched a new pro-poor, market- based solutions project for faecal sludge management in Bangladesh.
